Job Description:

The role of a Training Facilitator Assistant for Service Technicians is to provide crucial support in the planning, execution, and enhancement of training programs aimed at developing the technical skills and knowledge of service technicians. Working closely with the Training Facilitator, this position involves coordination, technical support, and record-keeping to ensure a seamless and effective training experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the Training Facilitator to organize and schedule training programs for service technicians.
    • Ensure logistical arrangements, venue preparation, and availability of necessary resources for successful training delivery.
  2. Training Assistance:

    • Assist in the development and updating of training materials, manuals, and presentations.
    • Provide technical support during training sessions, addressing participant queries and facilitating hands-on activities.
  3. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and participant feedback.
    • Generate reports to evaluate the success of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Communication:

    • Communicate training schedules, updates, and important information to service technicians.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging effective communication among participants.
  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices relevant to service technicians.
    • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of training materials and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  6. Safety and Compliance:

    • Ensure that training activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Integrate safety protocols into training programs to promote a culture of safety among service technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Background in technical fields relevant to service technician roles.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and industry changes.
  • Previous experience in training coordination or facilitation is advantageous.

Education: A degree or certification in a related field, such as technical training, engineering, or a relevant discipline, is preferred.
