Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corrugation Machine Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, repair, and Managing team of service engineers, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support in servicing corrugation machinery.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to prioritize and address machine service needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors for spare parts procurement and negotiate service contracts.
  • Maintain detailed records of machine service history, performance, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience of 5 years and above in servicing and maintaining corrugation machinery in the same industry
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of corrugation machine operations, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to machine maintenance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Managing and overseeing all service operations and activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring technicians' performance.

2. Adhere to processes related to Conducting customer satisfaction surveys monitor the progress of corrective action communicate the results and close the issues with proper customer communication.

3. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints or issues related to service.

4. Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and meet service revenue targets.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to service technicians

7. Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and parts inventory

8. Monitor and analyze service data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
