We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Product at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading and managing the product development process, from conceptualization to launch. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong technical expertise, and excellent teamwork skills. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a similar role in the post press packaging industry
Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in product management, including product ideation, development, and launch
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Ability to identify and understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
Knowledge of die cutting and foil stamping processes must
Mechanical engineering background is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to travel
Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage a team of engineers and customers in die-cutting and foil-stamping machines.
· Responsible for developing a thorough understanding of die-cutting and foil stamping equipment and processes
· Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to optimize product performance
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized product solutions
· Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams
· Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor product offerings
· Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral to promote die cutting and foil stamping products
· Travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed to showcase products and support sales efforts
· Focus on customer satisfaction.
