Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the packaging industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and has a strong understanding of the packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development
   - Identify and target potential clients in the packaging industry.
   - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
   - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

2. Client Relationship Management
   - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
   - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
   - Provide regular updates to clients on new products and services.

3. Sales Planning and Forecasting
   - Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
   - Track sales metrics and analyze performance against targets.
   - Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and performance data.

4. **Product Knowledge**
   - Develop a deep understanding of our packaging products and services.
   - Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
   - Provide clients with detailed product information and demonstrations.

5. Negotiation and Closing
   - Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
   - Close sales deals and ensure contract fulfillment.
   - Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
